How It Works
Business Bill Pay is a module of our popular information-reporting suite, 1st Online. Our Business Bill Pay module provides an easy to use method to pay anyone. You can activate up to 99 1st Mariner Bank accounts on Bill Pay. Once set up, you will be able to initiate one-time payments, recurring payments and establish multiple user authority levels for each account. You have complete control over the payees you wish to pay. Payees can be set up easily and you can add a description to help distinguish between similar payees. Payments must be scheduled at least five days in advance of the due date, or you can use the repeating payments feature to set up payment instructions that are automatically executed. You can send additional payment/remittance data to your payees alongside your payments. Business Bill Pay facilitates eBilling -- you can receive bills electronically from payees that distribute eBills and organize them by due date and payment status – making it easy to stay current. Business Bill Pay retains your payment transaction history for six months -- enabling fast and accurate payment research.
