How It Works
Time, money and space are at a premium in today’s business world. 1st Mariner’s Check Imaging is a powerful tool that helps you to save all three. With Check Imaging, your checks may be viewed, printed or imported into other documents such as Word or PowerPoint.
1st Mariner Bank offers several image options:
Monthly Statement or Cut-Off Date CD-ROM
1st Mariner Bank generates CD-ROMs containing images of all checks cleared during the designated statement period. Each CD-ROM can contain approximately 18,000 to 20,000 check images (front and back), depending on the size of the check stock. Your company may search for checks based on individual check number, date or dollar amount, as well as by ranges of each of these three fields.
Cumulative CD-ROM
If desired, 1st Mariner Bank will build a cumulative database of images on one CD. Depending on monthly volumes, one CD may be able to store from two months’ to one year’s worth of imaged checks. Search capabilities are the same as for the monthly CD-ROM.
Online Banking Access
Check images may be accessed online using 1st Mariner’s online banking service. Your company can view up to 63 days' worth of checks. Search capabilities are the same as for CD-ROM.
