How It Works
Looking for ways to reduce service fees and streamline your bank accounts? 1st Mariner’s Deposit Reconciliation eliminates the need for multiple accounts, while maintaining separate categories for your deposits. Here’s how it works:
First, assign unique location numbers and serial numbers that meet your company's individual reporting requirements. Then, deposit tickets are printed for each location containing this special information.
Each depositing location attaches one of its unique, serially encoded deposit tickets to each deposit. As deposits are processed, the information is electronically read, verified and captured, and your account is reconciled.
Deposit reports are in paper form and can be produced daily, weekly or monthly. The Deposit Detail Report lists each deposit made by location, in serial number order, and totals each location's deposits.
