1st Online gives your company access to a popular suite of cash management services that offers the speed and convenience of the Internet. It comes complete with time saving shortcuts for experienced users, but also contains thorough step-by-step and field-level online help that any user will find valuable. With 1st Online, your company can:

How It Works
1st Mariner Bank realizes the sensitivity of your company's banking information. With this in mind, two levels of passwords are required: one to sign on to the application, and the other to submit transactions. Your company can specify user entitlements for peer review of transactions and grant access to accounts by user. Dynamic menus display only the accounts to which the user has been granted access.
1st Online comes with information reporting, check management and transfer and loan reporting modules to help you stay on top of all your account activity.
INFORMATION REPORTING –access toconsolidated balance and transaction reporting on all your company accounts with current day, previous day, and historical day reporting. A snapshot of all your company accounts is available daily and can be accessed whenever needed.
CHECK MANAGEMENT – electronically send stop payment instructions on a single check or a range of checks. The system will automatically check the Information Reporting database for the check status. Your company can research the status of an issued check, access images of paid checks, or request a copy of a paid check online.
INTERNAL FUNDS TRANSFER -- electronically initiate funds transfers between your business accounts.
LOAN PAYMENT & REPORTING -- access your commercial loan balance and the last payment amount.

AUTOMATED CLEARING HOUSE (ACH) ORIGINATION
With the click of the mouse, your company can initiate such ACH transactions as direct deposit of payroll, insurance premiums, and dues collection. Payments for local, state and federal taxes, as well as vendor payments can be easily created by using the pre-formatted templates. Import Transaction capability allows your company to reduce data entry by importing information from software packages (e.g. payables and payroll systems) or passing through a NACHA-formatted file.
