Jack graduated from Gilman School in Baltimore and earned a bachelor’s degree at Dickinson College. He is an active Lions Clubs member, a Junior Achievement board member, and a frequent guest speaker for many local organizations. Jack lives in Annapolis with his wife Heather and his daughter Gianna.
