Twitter and Customer Service- A successful ending

Both individually and as a banker, I've been a pretty active participant in Twitter over the last few months. It is a fun, vibrant, and growing community with a lot going on. We're Tweetin' It Up

Wow, what a great month this has been. Not only have we received a lot of interest about our iPhone application (over 500 downloads), but we have also had a lot of interest about our Twitter account accounts. That is right, accounts.
