It has now been two months since we upgraded our 1st Online system. We hope you've had a pleasant experience with the newly enhanced system.
We're not done yet though! We've got a few more updates coming your way on Monday, November 3rd.
This is NOT another full-system upgrade. There is minimal action required on your part - simply a few things you should know:
This update will result in a new look to your 1st Online banking experience, but all of the functionality you currently enjoy will remain the same. Since this is not a full-system upgrade, you will not have to worry about losing information or account history.
The 1st Online login URL will change. As long as you log in using the "Secure Login" button on our homepage, you are good to go! However, if you had trusted site/compatibility view issues during our full system upgrade, you may experience similar issues after this update due to the URL change. If you have any difficulties, give us a call at 410-735-2003.
Wire transfer security is being updated. Going forward, if you utilize the wire transfer module, not only will you be asked to use your token during the login process, you will also be asked to enter a 6-digit number from your token before submitting all wire transfers. Similar to our previous online banking system, this is in effect a wire transfer password.
While these upgrades are being put in place, you may have difficulties logging in to your 1st Online account on Sunday, November 2nd, so please plan accordingly.
