What you need to know while we upgrade our system

The system upgrade will take place over the weekend of August 15 - 18, 2014. This upgrade will be completed on Monday, August 18, 2014 by 9:00 a.m.

Important Dates to Remember

Monday, August 11th
Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning at 3:30 p.m. We encourage you to save a list of your payee information prior to this date to verify on Tuesday, August 19th that everything has converted accurately. If you want to retain your available history, you will need to save this information prior to this date. Please plan ahead for payments that need to be made around this time.

Wednesday, August 13th
ACH transactions will be unavailable beginning at 3:30 p.m. ACH functionality will be available again on Monday, August 18th.

Friday, August 15th
1st Online will be available for inquiries only beginning at 3:30 p.m. During this time, you will only be able to view your account balances and transaction history. Please complete or schedule all transactions prior to this time. Our full, upgraded service will resume on Monday, August 18th by 9:00 a.m.

Internal Transfers within 1st Online will be unavailable beginning at 3:30 p.m. When the system resumes on Monday, August 18th, you will be required to reenter your scheduled Internal Transfers. Friday is the last day your Internal Transfer information will be available to you. Please plan ahead for transfers that need to be made around this time, and save any history and payee information that you would like to retain prior to this date. Positive Pay will be unavailable beginning at 3:30 p.m. Issue files will not be accepted after this time. You may begin uploading files to the new system beginning Monday, August 18th at 9:00 a.m.

Source Capture will be unavailable beginning at 3:30 p.m. If you would like to retain your available history, you will need to save this information prior to this date. Click here for details on how to save your information. Because of this upgrade, Source Capture deposit history will not convert over to the new system; however, new deposit history will begin effective Monday, August 18th at 9:00 a.m. Please plan ahead for deposits that need to be made around this time.

Wire transfers will be unavailable beginning at 3:30 p.m. When the system resumes on Monday, August 18th, you will be required to reestablish future dated wire transfers.

Monday, August 18th
Our system upgrade will be complete! 1st Online will be available beginning at 9:00 a.m.

You may be required to reenter some of your information on or after this date. Please be sure to carefully read each section of this Education Center that applies to you for details.
