Mobile Banking

We are excited to announce new features to our Mobile Banking services.

Once the system upgrade is complete, you will be able to enjoy new conveniences, such as a more robust Bill Pay application. The same Bill Pay functionality that you enjoy within Online Banking will be available on your mobile device (see Bill Pay section).

Downloading Our New App

Current Mobile Banking Users

All current Mobile Banking users will be required to first remove the old Mobile Banking app from your phone and download the new app. To remove the old app from your phone, go to the app settings on your phone, locate the 1st Mariner Online Banking app and select remove/uninstall.

Now you are ready to follow the on-screen instructions below to download the new and improved 1st Mariner Online Banking app.

 

Log into online banking and select the options button from the Navigation banner:

 

The below screen will open in a new tab. For the appropraite phone number, use the drop down menu to select 'Download the application' and click 'Go'.

 

The screen below will display.  Click on 'Download' and the phone will receive a text message with a link to the app as found in iTunes or Google Play. You will then receive a second text message after it has downloaded to activate the application.

 

**Note - You can also download the new Mobile Banking app by going directly to the iTunes store or Google Play; however, you will still need to authenticate your device within Online Banking.
