Secure Login

First Time Logging In

The first time you log into Online Banking after the upgrade is complete, you MUST log in from our homepage. Any previous Online Banking Login bookmarks you have saved will not work after Monday, October 15th at 9:00 a.m. After your initial log in after this time, you may save the new link to log in to your Online Banking accounts.

You will use your same user ID and password that you have always used; however, your user ID and password are now case sensitive.

User ID

Your user ID is the same one you have always used, but as of Monday, October 15th, it is now case sensitive, which means you must use capital and lowercase letters exactly as you did when you first created your user ID.

For example, if you created an Online Banking account three years ago, with a user ID of Mariner123, up until October 15th, you could log in by typing in mariner123, MARINER123, MaRiNeR123, etc. Beginning October 15th, your only valid user ID is Mariner123.

When trying to log in, if you receive the following error code, you are entering your user ID INCORRECTLY:

[0011] Login information is incorrect. Please verify your Access ID and Password are correct. Your Access ID and Password are case sensitive.

Password

Your password is the same one you have always used, but as of Monday, October 15h, you must use all lowercase letters.

For example, if you created an Online Banking account three years ago with a password of Password456, up until October 15th, you could log in by typing in password456, PASSWORD456, pAsSwOrD456, etc. Beginning October 15th, your only valid password is password456.

When trying to log in, if you receive the following error code, you are entering your password INCORRECTLY:

[0010] Login information is incorrect. Please verify your Access ID and Password are correct. Your Access ID and Password are case sensitive.

Once You're In...

You will be prompted to create a new password. You will not be able to select the same password as your original password. Your new password must be at least eight characters, and it must contain at least one letter and one number. Continue to follow the prompts to put your new security information in place.

You May Be Locked Out If...

For your security, if you have too many unsuccessful login attempts you will be locked out of Online Banking. If this happens, you may try again in 30 minutes, or contact a Customer Service representative at 1-888-561-BANK (2265).
