Statements/Bills

Issuance of your equity line account statements will not be interrupted; however, they will have a new look—much easier to read! For installment loans, you will begin receiving a bill versus a statement. This is being done in an effort to streamline information and make the payment process easier.

Consumer

Issuance of your reolving Line of Credit (Home Equity of Credit, Personal Cash Reserve, Overdraft Line of Credit) account statements will not be interrupted; however, they will have a new look-much easier to read!

For installment loans, you will begin receiving a bill versus a statement. This is being done in an effort to streamline information and make the payment process easier.

Commercial

Issuance of your detailed billing statements will not be interrupted; however, they will have a new look-much easier to read!

Mortgage

You will begin receiving a bill versus a statement. This is being done in an effort to streamline information and make the payment process easier.

Account Features and Services that Will Not Change

With so many enhancements and changes coming, we thought you would like to know some things that will NOT change regarding your loan accounts

  • Your loan and/or equity line account numbers will not change; neither will your loan and/or equity line account features and benefits.
  • You can continue to use your current checks.
  • There will be no interruptions or delays of your services or payments due to the system upgrade. You MAY make payments around the time of the system upgrade.
