Statements and eStatements
Issuance of deposit account statements will not be interrupted; however, your new deposit account statements will have a new look—much easier to read! Due to the system upgrade, you may receive two statements in the month of October.
Overdraft Protection Statements
Beginning October 15th, if you take advantage of our personal overdraft protection benefits, you will receive an overdraft statement separate from your checking account statement. There will be no changes to the information you receive; you will simply be receiving this information in two separate statements.
If you currently receive eStatements, you will continue to receive your statements electronically. You will not have to re-enroll in eStatements. Additionally, you will still have online access to the past 18 months of your eStatements.
After the system upgrade, you will have the option of receiving Certificate of Deposit statements electronically. You will be able to opt in to receive Certificate of Deposit eStatements within your Online Banking account.
You must use Adobe Reader 7.0 or higher in order to view all eStatements. Be sure to download this version or higher if you have an older version.
